Kana Shiraumi (白海カナ, Shiraumi Kana) is one of the supporting characters of the Murenase! Seton Gakuen series.
Background
During the Sea Academy's entrance ceremony, she was among the crowd watching the synchronized swimming team perform. The show had inspired so much that she accidentally spotted water from her blowhole, Ever since then, she wished that she could to one day perform with Ruka Bando and her pod.
Appearance
Kana is a young girl with short white hair and blue eyes. She also has a white Beluga fluke and wears glasses. Just like other belugas, she always appears to be smiling or laughing even if she is feeling upset or confused.
Personality
Kana is a very cheerful and friendly person, even to those she barely knows, willing to put on an impromptu (though rather lackluster) performance as a greeting to visiting Seton students.
She greatly admires Ruka Bando and her synchronized swimming team and wishes to perform alongside them. Because of this, she is willing to go to great lengths to master her singing talent.
Abilities
As a beluga whale, Kana is a natural-born swimmer, though her swimming abilities are not at the same level as those of the dolphins.
